Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery method. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any customs duties or import charges that may apply to your order. Please check your country’s regulations for any additional costs. This applies to all shipments, including those sent using free delivery promotions.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us at info@jwshair.uk or via our website.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer error and the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, we may arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.

Examples of customer-related delivery issues include:

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Errors in the delivery details supplied

  • An address that is difficult or unsafe to access

Returns & Cancellations

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

This right does not apply to:

  • Items made to your specification or personalised

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery

  • Goods affected by financial market fluctuations beyond our control

To cancel your order, please email info@jwshair.uk. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please take reasonable care of all items, as we may reduce your refund if products show signs of unnecessary handling.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • All labels and tags remain attached

  • The product is in a resaleable condition

This policy applies to all customers worldwide and does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items

Items purchased in a sale are not eligible for refunds. These items may only be exchanged or issued as store credit.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly state whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the item value (excluding original delivery charges and return postage costs).

Refunds will be made using the original payment method and processed within 30 days of receiving your return.

Please note: postage costs may still be deducted from refunds during promotional shipping offers unless the item is faulty.

Non-Compliant Returns

If a return does not meet our policy conditions:

  • We may refuse a refund or exchange

  • We may request payment for re-delivery if you want the item returned to you

If payment is not received within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item without liability.
